The pricing that I was quoted was better then alot non bmw garages.

You did what you had to do but I do find it irritating that on a product recall you still try to upsell your customers services at substantially higher prices than my trusted local garage charges.

Easy to book in , efficient and friendly service , rapid turnround , good communication. Only downside was that there was no pickup and delivery service.
