Staff were informative regarding issues with my vehicle and provided a good breakdown with what was required to repair including cost breakdown.

My car was called in for recall. Great customer service and communication from Mason. Was able to get an appointment on short notice.

Very good service, wasn't pushy and didn't recommend service items that weren't due ie brake disks. Polite and professional

Mason was apologetic but suggested I should not have been told work would be done same day. Would suggest a very clear statement on check in if the (planned) work likely to need car to be kept overnight.

Berry Banstead were able to book in my car promptly and completed work within the given time frame. There prices are highly competitive which is a significant factor of why I continue to visit Banstead.
